The aim of the project is to develop the BIMMANAGER software solution prototype into a verified, application-validated, and commercially ready product for managing non-graphical BIM data. The project focuses on verifying the technical feasibility, functional behavior, and application relevance of the solution in a real environment, in line with the objectives of the Proof of Concept program. This includes the development and testing of new software modules, support for open data formats, and the integration of artificial intelligence elements for the automation and intelligent evaluation of BIM data across professions and phases of the building life cycle.
