We have successfully completed our research project “Digital Twin of a Wastewater Treatment Plant for Treatment Simulation and Optimization in Real Scale and Time”. The main goal of the project is to ensure effective wastewater treatment by implementing new knowledge from the field of informatics, advanced technologies and principles of industry 4.0, with the possibility of real-time optimization based on simulations of technological measures in the digital twin of a wastewater treatment plant.
This project was financed from the state budget by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Industry and Trade under the TREND Programme.
